Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing necto.pro, using our hosted API endpoints, or subscribing to our Creator or Studio plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or studio, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
Your Content: You retain full intellectual property ownership of all scripts, world lore, character designs, and sequential storyboards created or generated using Necto. Necto claims zero ownership or copyright over outputs generated through your paid or pilot account.
3. Commercial Billing & Refund Policy
Commercial tier access is billed monthly or annually in advance. During the Closed Beta, access is provided without recurring platform fees to approved pilot participants. Upon public commercial self-serve availability, all commercial tiers include a 14-day money-back guaranteefor initial payments if the service does not meet your studio's technical expectations.
4. Acceptable Use & API Integrity
You agree not to use Necto to generate unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material, or to attempt unauthorized reverse engineering or stress-testing that compromises the reliability of our shared inference clusters or MCP endpoints.
5. Limitation of Liability
Necto provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta periods. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Necto Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruption or loss of data.
