This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal and operational data when you access necto.pro or use our hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) services.

• Account & Contact Data: Name, email address, company or studio affiliation when registering or joining our waitlist/pilot.
• Creative Workspaces: World catalogs, characters, locations, sequences, scripts, and generated images stored within your tenant scope.
• Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, browser type, API key hashes, and MCP server request logs for rate limiting and service integrity.

3. AI Data Usage Disclosure

We do not use proprietary customer scripts, screenplays, character sheets, or generated artwork to train foundational public models without your explicit, written opt-in consent. Customer data remains logically and schema-isolated within per-tenant databases.

4. Data Retention & Rights

You maintain the right to inspect, correct, export, or request permanent deletion of all personal and project data associated with your organization. Requests may be directed to admin@necto.pro.
